Anthony Toles Jr. comes from an Information Technology background having attended Virginia Commonwealth University where he studied Information Systems with a concentration on Business Analysis and Western Governors University where he studied Information Security and Assurance. Over a 12 year I.T. career Anthony worked for the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, Genworth Financial, Northrop Grumman, and FIS predominately in I.T. support services and Information Security Operations.

Each position was a stepping stone and learning experience for the next. In each role be wore many hats also acquiring a myriad of professional certifications (such as CISSP, ITIL v3, CHFI, Network+ to name a few) along the way. However, at certain point he felt a call on his life in another direction geared more towards service to humanity. Coupling his business acumen, thirst for knowledge, and his wife and Co-founder's industry expertise, they mapped out phased approach and took things one step at a time. Thus, GLCPS was born.

At Guided Life Care Planning Services (GLCPS), our core compentencies are Care Management, Life Care Planning, and Vocational Services. Within these areas of expertise we provide patient advocacy and support working closely with all parties involved as one cohesive unit with one common goal of health, wellness, and independence. We work with the client and support system in a team effort to contribute to the over all holistic well being of client. We also educate those involved about the nature of clients condition, ailment, and (or) disabilities.

The heart shape signifies the caring, tenderness, and compassion we have and display in our dealings with each and every one of our clients both internal and externally. Last but not least, the compass is there to convey guidance and is used as we traverse the health and wellness landscape to meet our client's needs in a ethical, concise, and thorough manner.
